Basera Boutique Hotel is more than just a place of accommodation; it is a tribute to the rich cultural legacy of Nepal, inspired by the architectural grandeur of the historic Durbar Squares of Patan, Bhaktapur, and Kathmandu.

Basera reflects the Newar community’s craftsmanship, which flourished in the medieval era, is visible in every corner. The attention to detail in the intricate wooden windows, rescued bricks of Rana regime, and the use of copper all crafted by Nepalese artisans, reflects the timeless tradition of handcrafting passed down through generations. It took 7 years to bring this vision to life, with 5 of those years dedicated solely to the woodwork, and 35 expert craftsmen contributing their skill and passion to create the exquisite wooden elements.
